Why are there so few articles here?

This is a great question, since the lack of knowledge base articles can indeed indicate a lack of reliable support.

In this case, nothing could be further from the truth! There are additional articles, as well as a planned forum community, visible only to verified current clients. 

The age of transperancy that gained steam during our first years of operation are pretty much over. The smart bet now is to ensure transperency, but only to your current clientele, to limit the amount of information the "random" visitor from the web can see. Random is in quotes, because the real concern is directed information gathering in order to better design a crippling cyber-attack.

In that vein, we are henceforth unwilling to expose much about the inner workings of our products, to ensure the security of our clients' websites and other sensitive data. If you are a verified customer (of more than domain registration), you will have received an email with the subject "Welcome to Sustainable Hosting!" shortly after your sign-up. If you can't find your copy of that email, you may request another one by emailing support@sustainablehosting.com.

When contacting support, it is always best to use an email address that we do not host (i.e. gmail, hotmail, proton secure mail, etc), and be sure you receive a reply with a ticket number, which should come within ten minutes of your message. If it does not, that is a good indicator that there's an email deliverability problem between you and us that must be investigated. In that case, make another ticket through the web interface in this application.
